Changed your mind? That's what the trial is for. Here's how a return works at Hälsa, simply.

The 30-night trial

Every order includes a 30-night at-home trial. If the pillow isn't right for you, get in touch within that window: we arrange the return at our expense and refund you in full, no explanation needed.

How to return your order

1. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number, within 30 nights of receiving it.
2. We send you a prepaid return label: no shipping cost to you.
3. Once we receive the parcel, we refund you in full to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The 5-year warranty

Beyond the trial period, your Hälsa pillow is guaranteed for 5 years against manufacturing defects and abnormal loss of support under normal use. This warranty doesn't cover wear caused by improper care.
