Does it really relieve neck pain?

How does the GelFiber adjustment work?
The pillow opens with a zipper. You add or remove GelFiber to get the height and firmness that suits you. The operation takes less than a minute and can be repeated at will.
Is it suitable for all sleeping positions?
Yes. On your back, side, or stomach, you adjust the amount of GelFiber to find the right support. Side sleepers generally need a little more height, stomach sleepers a little less.
Does the pillow have an odor when opened?
A slight odor may be present upon unpacking, as with most new products. It dissipates in a few hours in the open air.
Is the cover machine washable?
Yes, the cover is fully removable and machine washable at 30°C. Regular washing keeps the pillow fresh and healthy, ideal for sensitive skin.
Is the pillow hypoallergenic?
Yes. The materials are anti-mite and designed for sensitive skin and people prone to allergies.
How long does the pillow last?
It is guaranteed for 5 years. GelFiber is designed to retain its loft over time; you can readjust the quantity if needed over the years.
What are the delivery times?
Orders shipped within 24 hours, free delivery in Europe within 3 to 5 working days. A tracking link is sent to you by email upon shipment.
How does 3-times payment work?
Via Klarna, you pay in three interest-free monthly installments of €28.33: the first when ordering, then at 30 and 60 days. The choice is made directly at the time of payment.

How does the 30-night trial work?
You test the pillow at home for 30 nights. If it doesn't suit you, contact us: we organize the return at our expense and refund you in full, no questions asked.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal loss of support under normal use conditions. It does not cover wear and tear due to improper maintenance.
